• The Cottage Bar, Salthill was originally a substantial old family hotel many of the original period features have been retained which promotes an atmosphere of quality and attention to detail. The three reception rooms have been decorated tastefully and echo the original design of the building. These distinctive areas offer the customer a choice of atmosphere and surroundings. The bar area to the rear, which was once the kitchen has a more rustic feel and boasts a limestone slabbed fire surround with an original open stove. Enjoy casual, informal and interesting dining with creative salads and a mouth watering selection of Tapas, meat and cheese platters and desserts. This menu is complimented with French, Italian and Spanish wines and a definitive selection of global bottled and draft beers. In milder weather our paved private beer garden has been the venue for memorable barbecues, al fresco dining and a refreshing beer out in the sunshine.
